Senior Solutions Architect - SAP
Provide guidance to staff in the development, maintenance and the integration of SAP business system architectures. Provide solutions to a diverse range of complex problems in the areas of SAP like Material Management, Procurement, Net weaver Solutions. Provide functional knowledge and participate in full life-cycle implementations of SAP software; providing support, fixes to SAP P2P within established software systems. Provide expertise to correct problems and recommend solutions to problems. Support end users and other staff. Engage in problem resolution for SAP SRM related issues; conduct CRPs (Conference Room Pilot) sessions with Business and key stakeholders to understand their requirements. Conduct KDD on SAP to business and key stakeholders and help customer understand the new functionality and develop Business Blueprint and Gap analysis. Analyze and translate business requirements to functional specifications and provide recommendations and best practices around solution design. Analyze customer requirements and innovate solutions to meet these requirements. Design and setup Content Management including iView, page, workset, and role development and deployment.
Requires: Masters degree in Computer Science or related field + 4 years of experience that must include strong functional & technical knowledge of SAP XI incl. BPM, B2B Integration, Web Service Management, Integration Engine, Integration Directory, Adapters, User Administration. Sound understanding of SAP architecture. Exposure to other components such as SUS, bidding engine, LAC, contract management, XI, BW, BI, SSA, MDM, solution manager, and C-Project & C-folder connection to SRM. Proven experience in several stages of an SAP procurement project including blueprint, configuration, implementation, testing & go-live support. Experience in at least three end-to-end implementations. Must have creativity, innovation, perseverance & ability to work in a fast-paced environment w/ability to abstract detail into larger patterns, familiarity with user-centered analysis & evaluation techniques. Understand SAP Enterprise/SAP NetWeaver Portal framework and solution offering. Able to work in varied & pressure environments. Must be willing to travel in case the work requires travel within United States. Will also accept Bachelors degree + 6 years experience in SAP.
